University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Regions
The University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service provides education you can trust to help people, businesses, and communities solve problems, develop skills, and build a better future.
Our mission is to make a difference in the lives of Kentuckians through research-based education. Jointly with our land-grant partner, Kentucky State University, we take the Universities to the people in their local communities, addressing issues of importance to all Kentucky citizens.
The 120 counties of the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service are divided into three regions.
The Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service is divided into the West, Central, and East Regions.
Each region has a Regional Extension Director, and 4 Area Extension Directors.
Visit our Regional Pages for information specific to your part of the state.
